Katrina Wheeldon.
As a young company with restaurants in Singapore and the Maldives, CoolFlames specialises in everything wood-fired and BBQ. We are at the forefront of our industry and our vision is to create unique wood-fired dining experiences for our guests and yours.

CoolFlames specialises in one-off events, food festivals and restaurant consulting in order to create both incredible experiences and great restaurants.
We pay close attention to our clients’ needs and work together throughout by pulling together all our resources from design, training, staffing and experience to reach the end goal.
